The elastic block coupling uses a number of block rubber elements to be embedded in the corresponding grooves at the ends of the two coupling halves to realize the connection of the two coupling halves. The outer and inner circumferences of the rubber elastic parts are embedded in the half coupling. In the radial groove of the shaft, the middle part of the rubber block is in contact with the claws of the other half of the coupling.

　　When the coupling is working, the rubber block is pushed by the half-coupling pawl, and then the other half of the coupling is driven by the rubber block to rotate together. Due to the bending deformation of the rubber block and a small amount between the half-coupling pawl and the rubber Clearance, so the relative displacement and cushioning of the two axes can be compensated.

　　The rubber block bears the stress of the whole area or the shear stress and the compression stress. Regardless of the direction of rotation, each rubber block can transmit torque at the same time, and the load capacity is large, but it is inconvenient to assemble or replace the rubber block. Larger torque makes it difficult to process the half coupling.
