Main Structure3.1.The main grinding headThe main grinding head is directly mounted on the main motor shaft, and the main motor is mounted on the flat type motor seat,which is fixed on the double-row linear guide rail can be moved up and downunderthe drive of the servo motor.3.2. The Rotary TableThe motor of rotary table drives the rotary table through the reducer. The working table is provided with positive and negative jaw chuck.3.3.Cooling InstallationIt is composed ofcooling water pump,pipeline,adjustable water nozzle and filter device. The cooling device adopts double-channel water injection,and the water nozzle is directly injected into thesand layer of the grinding wheel and the work-piece,so as to ensure the sufficient cooling in the grinding process, prevent molds burns and shorten the service life of the mold.3.4.Driving SystemThe system consists of servo motor,reducer,coupling and precision screw.The servo motor drives the screw rod to rotate through the coupling,which drives the main grinding head device to move up and down.4.Installation InstructionFirst, open the packing box and check whether the spare parts are complete.Lift the bottom of the machine with the forklift,transport the machine to designated location for installation,gently placeit on the ground,and adjust the foundationbolts to make themachine in basic level.Power connection: connect electrical control cabinet terminal L1,L2,L3 to the external on 380v power supply through 4 square meter 3-core cable. And ensure the case is well-grounded.Verify the phase sequence of power supply: rotate the combination switch to energize the main power supply,then turn on the selection switch to energize the control power supply. Then click the workbench rotation button after the operation drawing is fully displayed on the screen, and see the rotation direction of workbench. If the rotation direction of the workbench is the same as that marked by the grinding head motor, the phase sequence of external power L1,L2,L3 should be adjusted without power, so that the rotation direction of the workbench is opposite to that marked by the grinding head. Finally, fill the tank with grinding coolant.The ration of coolant liquid is 1:30-1:50.Note: the grinding wheel rotates clockwise and the rotary workbench travels counterclockwise. If the direction is wrong, the grinding wheel will become loose and dangerous.5.Operating InstructionsStart-up Operation Procedurea:First, turn on the main power switch on the control box of the machine,twist it to the right position , and the main power is energized.b:Then rotate and open the black power switch on the control box. The power indicator is on and the grinding machine is in standby state. Then you can act accordingly according to your needs. You can choose the manual mode or automatic model. If you want to change the servo inching speed, input the password 2288.Function Description of Each Button on the Touch Screenused for manual control of the opening and closing of the protective doorused to start up and shut down the rotation table used to start and stop the grinding wheel.used to start up and shut down the cooling water for grinding used to switch on and turn off the light in the grinding chamber of the machineif you press this button , all the data will back to zeroif you press this button all the time,the grinding wheel spindle will drop correspondingly until it reaches the bottom; if you click this button only once, it will drop correspondingly by a certain distance. if you press this button all the time,the grinding wheel spindle will raise correspondingly until it reaches the top; if you click this button only once, it will raise correspondingly by a certain distance. Parameter Setting InterfaceThe password to enter the parameter setting screen is 2288. Parameter setting method:click the button of the station that you want to set, after finishing the parameter setting, press the save button to complete the setting. No changing without special circumstance because the parameter has been set in our factory.6. Grinding ProcessNote: it is necessary to choose correct tool size, or it will cause abnormal equipment work. Automatic ModeAfter the tool is installed, select the correct tool size in the tool selection box. For example, if the tool to be ground is Station C, click the button ‘C/70~110’, the button will turn green, it means the Station C is selected. Andclick the ‘semi-automatic mode/automatic mode’button, the button turns blue for automatic mode, the red means semi-automatic mode. Press automatic start button, the tool setting automatically, grinding, returning, off the work-piece, stopping, the safety door rising, the alarm ringing.Note: if the grinding head drops to the action area of the laser knife sharpener , it will not start automatically,You need to manually raise the laser to leave the action area until the output indicator light is off. Then it can start automatically. Semi-automatic Mode1.Click the ‘semi-automatic mode/automatic mode’button, the button turns blue for automatic mode, the red means semi-automatic mode. 2. Install the work-piece,select the mold size.3.Manually operate the grinding head downward, and stop manual drop after the laser knife sharpener moves.4.Close the safety door, start the grinding motor,click the inching down button one by one time.After hearing the friction sound between the sand wheel and the mold, starting the pump. Press the start button to start grinding.5.After grinding, the motor will automatically stop, the safety door opens, the warning will alarm, confirm on the touch screen.Note: if the automatic mode doesn’t work, please follow the following steps to check:1.Is the grinding wheel is from our factory? (It must be our company’s grinding wheel, otherwise is will cause device damage.)2.Is the work-piece and grinding wheel covered with water or other metal objects?3.Using the universal meter to test whether there is the insulation between the grinding head and the motor seat or not?4.Are grinding parameters set correctly?7. Roof Mould Grinding ProcessNote: please choose the semi-automatic mode when you grind the roof mould.1.First, clamp the mold tooling, adjust the adjustablescrew at both ends ofthe tooling to makethe inclined surface of the mold and the flat end face of the grinding wheel parallel.2.Set the grinding parameters, turn the knob to the ‘manual’position.3.Press the manual button to drop , and press ‘stop’ button when the grinding wheel almost close the work-piece.4.Rotate to ‘automatic’ position, and press ‘automatic start’ button5.When a cycle is completed, adjust the screw of the fixture to adjust the mold angle.
