(1) The clearance between the bolt holes of the middle support hanger and the bolts is too large.
(2) Deformation of the frame.
(3) The unbalance of the drive shaft is too large.
(4) The rubber pad of the middle support hanger is aging or the quality is too poor.
(5) Quality problems of the bracket assembly.
(6) Check that the accessories with extension are not worn.
(7) Check whether the drive shaft is jittery, it should be fine if there is a dynamic balance.
After the intermediate support bearing of the drive shaft is used for a short time, phenomena such as pitting, peeling, or even falling apart will occur, which will cause the drive shaft to tremble and other faults. The main reason for this failure is the incorrect installation position of the intermediate support bearing. Deviating from the original design requirements, in addition to bearing the transferred torque, the bearing must bear the extra load caused by the improper installation position when rotating the force, causing early damage to the bearing.
