1. First, drill the center hole at both ends of the forging blank, and roughen the outer circle with several large steps; 2. Carry out quenching and tempering; 3. Drill the inner through hole of the shaft on the center frame; 5. Boring taper holes at both ends, inserting bulkheads at both ends, drilling the center hole to prepare for grinding; 6. Finish turning the outer circle and step plane of each gear, and put it for grinding Allowance, and the grooves and chamfers on the outer circle of the car; 7. Grind the outer circle of each gear and the plane of the step to the size; 8. Process the threads on the lathe after assembly.
