The drive shaft must undergo a dynamic balance test before leaving the factory and be adjusted on a balancing machine.For a front-engine rear-wheel drive car, the rotation of the transmission is transmitted to the shaft of the final reducer. It can be several sections, and the sections can be connected by universal joints.

　　1. First, drill the center hole at both ends of the forging blank, and roughen the outer circle with several large steps; 2. Carry out quenching and tempering; 3. Semi-finish the various steps of the car, leave the outer circle and length allowance, and then take the center frame car to adjust the total length 4. Drill the inner through hole of the shaft on the center frame; 5. Boring taper holes at both ends, inserting bulkheads at both ends, drilling the center hole to prepare for grinding; 6. Finish turning the outer circle and step plane of each gear, and put it for grinding Allowance, and the grooves and chamfers on the outer circle of the car; 7. Grind the outer circle of each gear and the plane of the step to the size; 8. Process the threads on the lathe after assembly.
